Even in qual you can see Massa's settled in stellar 2nd driver form. 0.5seconds slower than Mr2times all the way.

Lewis on the clean side to jump Massa, and Mr2times to clash front wings with Webber. Tomorrow will be interesting.

If that's the logic then he's been second driver since about Australia! :yikes:

He's mixed in in qual with Alonso though he nearly never comes out on top. In this qual you could see from the start the guy just never had a chance.

To be fair, that's not so far from the truth...

Indeed, even last week Massa still had a pretty big gap to Alonso considering their equal team mates (not 1 lead and 1 rookie).

But its still good to see Ferrari lock out the 2nd row.

What's the betting the redbull drivers are over aggressive with each other at the start?

If I was horner, I'd tell them to just drive as quick as they can, and no one makes risky over aggressive manoeuvres against the other - if their side by side whoever has the racing line must be let through.

At least theres a chance of overtaking tomorrow then, with Button so far back.

My qualifying performance plaudits go to Rosberg.

A lot of debate going on, but what is clear is that right now Ferrari is back, and they are the best of the rest. I'm looking forward to see if McLaren can handle the challenge.

If Vettel doesn't attempt to drive Webber or Alonso into a wall i would be very surprised so i cant see Vettel being in 1st place at the 1st corner.

But then Ferrari would make him switch for the prima donna. So at least one red bull has to be inbetween.
Also cant bring myself to want him 3rd :P

Than lets say Kubica makes an amazing drive and manages 3rd :p.

Personally id be happy to see Hamilton still leading after this race which shouldn't be too hard, i just don't see anyone keeping up with the Red Bulls if they can get a decent start.

My dream scenario:-

Chaos and jostling at the first corner particularly between Alonso and the red bulls.
Hamilton gets through into 1st place, Massa follows for 2nd. Then the red bulls get themselves together with Webber ahead of Vettel, Alonso 5th; Thus Alonso cannot whine about the ridiculous situation unless he does some overtaking, and Ferrari cant give 'team orders'.

Result 1st Lewis, 2nd Massa, 3rd Webber :cloud9:

As i said its my dream :D

I approve your dream.

The only thing that can prevent Red Bull from winning this race is....them.

Yep...so its posible then

I can see Webber getting ahead in the first corner, Vettel will no doubt try to push Webber into the wall and fall back allowing, Alonso, Massa and Hamilton through. I can also see Jenson getting a good start making it upto 8th from 11th. I'm also hoping that Kobayashi makes into the top 10, got to like his attitude, got blocked in qualifying which cost him and his reaction "It's racing, traffic happens". As much as I hate to admit it; Jenson is looking like he will be supporting Lewis because he can't do it in qualifying, Button 11th versus Hamilton 5th, unless McLaren can make a car more to Jenson's liking, Lewis will end of inching away in the battle of the Britons.
