I don't think it was Bell. The only other person actually named anywhere was Briatore's assistant. If it was Bell, I'm pretty sure he'd have been mentioned at some point.

If it was Briatore's assistant why was his identity hidden.The person identity is hidden because they are still working for Reno.

Briatore's assistant is most likely still working for Renault. He'll more than likely now take up the role as Bell's assistant.
