The only 'farce' which took place this season on track was Hockenheim by the all famous Farce-rarri team. Apart from that, I have to agree McLaren have avoided some headache due to Hamilton's superiority over his teammate.

In other teams, Redbull has pretty equal drivers, Ferrari has Massa who has his on/off days...but at McLaren fortunately for them they have Lewis. They have stuck to their policy of hiring the "2 best drivers available" heck, Jenson is the reigning WDC but the fact that his teammate is simply better has given Mclaren easier 'management' to date.

Why was that a farce?? That was the purest part of this season...it was 2 teammates RACING and crashing into each other, beautiful... :cloud9:

Whitmarsh, Hamilton and Button have all ruled out favouring Lewis' tiltle bid.

Whitmarsh- (Autosport) He has rule out favouring Lewis Hamilton's bid despite him being 35 points ahead of Jenson Button

Hamilton- (Times)Has said he neither needs nor wants the team to favour his title bid.....the best way forward for both drivers and the team is that they give us both 100% they can.

Button- (Times) Reiterates that the team continue to equally support both drivers, that he would have it no other way. This is motor racing that we do.

What a refreshing take on the word racing :)

yeah unlike the red boys from maranello ''felipe, fernando is faster than you...can you confirm you understand that message :hehe:

They were 1-2 and crashed into each other giving a 1-2 to their biggest rivals, it was funny as well, but I maintain absolutely moronic.

All if's and but's and you're calling it a farce? The only actual farces have happened at the other title contending teams.

Lol, it burns you dosent it. You are talking about something that has not happened and yet you call it a farce. It's not going the way you want is it, button is getting his bottom handed to him week in and week out.

I'm not only talking about what could happen this season. I am also talking about stuff that has already happened and yet, your brigade has blinded itself with your (plural) own custom-fit morality. That's the farce.

anyway... how about Lewis V Jenson this weekend?

I really don't see the point unless Jenson can do a better job in Qualifying.

Waiting for a bit of luck in the race is not going to win him anything. :banghead:

"Button will win because he can make his tyres last until the end of time."

That was an interesting argument when noone knew how the tires lasted... turns out... Webber almost could have ended the Hungary race on his 1 set hehe

Which leaves Jenson with: IMPROVE Q... or bust.

Button Grid to Flag Victory. That'd be nice.

Certainly shut everybody up.

Well today Hamilton screwed up on Lesmos (or ascari?) and got caught in traffic behind the RedBulls. Hamilton will still triumph on race day though.
That makes it 9-5 in qualifying now.. the races are still 11-2 based on performance.. soon to be 12 - 2.
