Well they migh surprise a few people as they will be using the honda chassis like wise toro rosso will be using the rb3 chassis. Must be quite frustrating for Spyker.

This is ridiculous. The FIA makes the rules and if a team finds and exploits a loophole, then another team that didn't can protest at the last minute!

If STR and SA lose their right to use their 2007 chassis, then they're going to have to use last years while they develop their own one. They may as well not race.

If Spyker had such an issue with STR and SA using customer chassis, then they should have said so last year, or bought a chassis from another team and repainted it. To protest now is crazy and the FIA shouldn't rule in their favour..
