I think that's a good decision for this race.

At the risk of sounding callous, it's a good choice for Marussia.
It would be a harder decision for teams fighting for titles.

Yes. Sadly circumstances have to be taken into account and life goes on. I'm sure all drivers including Jules would take that attitude. But in this case it's so soon, so acute for the Bianchi family when less than a week ago Jules was in that car. They can afford to take this stance.
