Today I got my redundancy......


.....from 3 years ago.

And had an H&S talk on how to lift things.

Redundancy? As in "pink slip" or layoff notice?
What do you mean from 3 years ago? Is the mail that slow?
H&S? As in what we call "Human Resource"?

Sorry, redundancy payment, my employer from then did everything he could to get out of it. I finally got my payment through some sort of government fund that can pay part of what he was due me and I think they'll chase him up for it.
H&S is health and safety.

I imagine you do not work in a very safe environment as far as health and safety is concerned

Sounds like we have the same sorts of safeguards for employees;
but, they go under different names!!

lol, that is alot more than our biggest canvas (60" x 90"). it is our 1st step into the corporate worlds. We are decking out an office with pretty pictures lol.

Not really no, the stone industry is about advanced as you see in the Flintstones, maybe not even that as we don't have dinosaurs to help out any more. It's seriously backwards and the H&S stuff is pretty useless and only to cover the employers backs.
