Yes. Sorry, miswrote it. Used to working in mph in the uk.

Aren't you all finally coming to your senses and using metric?

Yes in everything except mph.

Oh and weighing myself. I have no idea if I'm too fat in Kilos.

I actually prefer miles (as the only non-metric unit): you make about 60 miles an hour average, an hour has 60 minutes, so very easy to figure out how long it takes to get somewhere. Try this with 100km/h and 60 minutes - a bit harder :)

I just use percentage of hours and then work out the minutes that way

Uh, yes, good luck with that when you need a quick estimate. Let's say you get the info that your destination is 40 miles away - that's 40 minutes right there. You hear it's 70 km away, you go right ahead and do your percentages and what not :hehe:

70km/h I would just say 75km/h so that is just less than 3/4 of an hour

So first, you fudge the numbers, rounding them up or down, and then you have to know fractions (75 is 3/4 of the average speed of 100km/h, so 3/4 of an hour) - when it's so much easier with miles: 37 miles equals 37 minutes, 52 miles equals 52 minutes, etc. Dunno, man, dunno - don't present something like this at a job interview

I did not say I preferred km/h just offered what I normally do when dealing with them.

Job interviews are not normally a problem, getting the CV good enough to get a foot in the door is what is needed.

Of course that all gets thrown out the window when you're not driving at exactly 60 miles per hour. Now back to Mercedes! :whip:

OR.... You could just travel everywhere at 60km/h....

That is the standard speed limit here. :D

I drive a lot and 60 miles is a very good average overall.

Better watch the body kit doesn't fall off whilst travelling at such speed!

If Mercedes have stuck with their Dual DRS system from last season; China would be my guess!
