bud I like your new avatar. I can't tell though is it Lewis or Button poking from the cockpit? I think I see a red T bar but I'm not sure.

In case there was any mistake, let me be clear. . . .

The orange Can-Am cars -- love 'em; Senna and Prost -- loved it; Mika -- tremendous. This present bunch (the decision-makers) -- fck 'em.

I love the sport. I love all the teams. I love the fact that most of the technology is being used for peaceful/sporting purposes, rather than death and destruction. But this current McLaren bunch, what I saw last year, they can never live down. So let me reiterate -- fck 'em. I hope they get exactly what they deserve, an ass-whooping, a house cleaning, and a lesson in humility. But then again, life rarely functions that way, and I expect they will be celebrating a few times this year, so I better get this in now.:D

When Mitt Romney was in London, do you think he was meeting with a bunch of Lewis Hamilton fans? Hell nah, and it's those same types that were responsible for what we saw last year with Lewis. The corporate interconnections at the highest levels were, I believe, ultimately the most insurmountable obstacle to Lewis obtaining with McLaren what all the other great drivers of this era have obtained, a home.

So good riddance, McLaren, I hope you return to your former glory one day, but not anytime soon.

We get it, you support McLaren.

Are you saying that Mit Romney is responsible for McLarens poor form and was instumental in Hamilton following the money trail to the promised land of Merc? That's a thinker.

LOL, you are getting there. Now just go A --> B --> C-->, and on to aa --> bb, and so on, then we might be able to have a reasonable discussion.

I think it is patently obvious that the highest (or is it the lowest) levels of British culture are responsible for the travesty that we have seen at McLaren, vis-a-vis its relationship to one Lewis Hamilton. Anything else is just a white-washing of the truth; and if you want to play that game, I'm the wrong guy to get into a discussion with. he-he

British society or the downfall of British society is to blame? Damn those council estate chavs and benefit scroungers - it's allthe fault of the Royal family! :hehe:

Got to love you the truth:D . I would have loved the fairy tale- Lewis at McLaren from a young teenager unril his career end, a decade at least of domination, but McLaren preferred to pander to mediocrity and they pissed It all up the wall. Massive shame.

Gotta give credit to the Mouth as well. I mean until the Mouth came in, McLaren seemed to have a focus on maximizing results and pace. Even if they brought out lousy cars to start seasons with. I mean, 2009 is a testament to that. They start off with a crapbox and then end up winning races towards the end of the season? Now with the Mouth on board, they start of well and then need to focus their attention on his grip issues and slow down progress of the entire team in trying to achieve the maximum capable out of a season. All the best to them, now they have a new leader who is highly specialized in bringing teams from greatness to the slums, and a young and up and coming rookie who is going to learn from this guy. Can't wait to see how this pans out in 2013.

Darren Heath photograph from Brazil, it's Jenson.

Gotta laugh at all the Bitter Hamilton fans concerns for McLaren still, you're too kind 31st of December has passed... He no longer belongs to McLaren so you should put your bitter energy levels into Lewis' new "mediocre" team.
You'll need it all! :D
