I'm sorry, am I missing something. Are people actually trying to use statistics to say Button is a better driver than Lewis?

Looking at the total points scores they're pretty much equal. There's not a lot in it. Can't be many more driver pairings that close.

So do football championships take into consideration goals scored in last year's matches? You're being... well, you're being Andrew... so why don't run along and enjoy Vettel's championship now?

I know we don't agree on a lot of things Andrew - but if you truly think the total points over 3 seasons actually means anything, and that Button is as good as Hamilton, then you are so much more deluded than I could ever have thought.
