There was no GS at stake here since he didn't get pole. That was a funny one, never heard a team so worried over the radio over tyres when they looked and handled fine for the driver.

Congrats to Vettel...but what was Redbull so worried about? Was there a very slow puncture on the front right or something? They came on the radio practically every lap!

Maybe just to prevent him from pulling a similar stunt like in Suzuka where they told him to slow down and he set the fastest lap for the Grand Slam.

This is what I thought too. Seb loves stats and records

I know, but he still likes to own the fastest lap of the race.

Totally agree. The team were just lying to get him to calm down. And that to me proves why he us such an arrogant little chap.

But I suppose you need to be arrogant to be a 3xWDC.

Does anyone remember the start of the season when the McLaren fans were making fun of Ferrari?

I'm no McLaren fan...the last time I was one was when Kimi was driving for them. :hehe:

But yes, I did make fun of ALonso spinning out of qualifying in Melbourne, props to him for coming back and finishing the WDC in 2nd place. (Yes, it's over)

Ferrari pass McLaren in the constructors.....
Lewis was right about leaving then

McLaren started out with a dominant car and Ferrari were a wreck. So much for 'we have the best development pace' Whitmarsh, stuff it and stay anti-WDC/WCC for the next few years at least Mr McLaren.

Absolutely. Pack of clowns. They're going nowhere. Incompetence? Scheming gone wrong? doesn't matter really they look second class

I'm wondering if Lotus has a chance to overhaul McLaren in the WCC...? :scratchchin:

I enjoyed the Lewis/Kimi battle that was top class and highlight of the race for me. 2 drivers who really know how to race for position. You felt at that time both of them gave up on the WDC and were just having some fun on track.

Well they've chosen the right time to do it( red bull getting the 1/2)
