I agree, it definitely was. But people look at Monaco for different reasons, I think the reason why that circuit is so special is due to the appreciation of skill and concentration which is required by the drivers just to stay in the race. For an outsider, they just see cars following each other round and round but don't really see the special requirements this track demands from the drivers. Valencia and other street circuits you can bugger up big time and get away with it easily.
