Yes but one of them, the driver giving advice to the ones that dont know so much, has a bit of a problem with lewis (kinda like if you were a steward)

He lowers the average steward IQ just by a mere 25 points, so not too bad...

Yes but one of them, the driver giving advice to the ones that dont know so much, has a bit of a problem with lewis (kinda like if you were a steward)

All 4 stewards will know the rules (I'd imagine that the other 3 will know them better than whoever the driver steward is) and they have at their disposal far more information than we as a TV viewer will ever have. The driver is their in an advisory capacity only and doesn't out-rank the other 3. Besides, even if Mansell thinks a penalty should be given and the other 3 don't then there won't be a penalty.

I think the driver steward is only there to answer one question during the race, that is all the other stewards saying "WTF did the driver do that?"

But people know the driver rep's name, so it's naturally always their fault.

Well poor judgement and low IQ doesnt bode well for any of the drivers. Im more bothered for Lewis yes, cos Mansel's singled him out for criticism before and Lewis has had enough crap so far this season.
It would be nice to have professional ex drivers who dont have points to make/axes to grind and can be objective, Herbet is a good example. This would be better for all concerned not just Lewis.
