The research is exploring gender in the workplace. You may be aware this is a very contemporary and concerning issue for organisations in the current society/climate.

I really get pissed off with people that join a forum purely for the purpose of marketing and any other singularly unrelated purpose. Perhaps this is a symptom of my curmudgeons' nature or simply the product of having run various forums and seen first hand the bloody nuisance they can be (I suspect the former ).

I agree; which is why I have locked this thread while forum policy is being discussed by the mod team about none F1-related surveys/questionaires.
