To the ignoramus, 70% of the current F1 crop are around Lewis' height. Button, Webber, Schumacher being a minority of 'tall' individuals in the paddock.

I was talking about the F1 drivers though... But I think China and generally the asian population bring down the average by quite a bit. Let's say we just take China out of the equation? The average might increase by 2-3 cm I believe.

actually if you go by Northern Europe i.e. UK, Germany even the supposed tall Scandinavians, Sweden etc the average is still about 5'9 to 5 10
