It was just a few spots but as the track was pretty toasty the rain dried immediately.

Pity Pedrosa didn't pass Stoner earlier.

doubt it was from lack of trying. Casey still has a healthy lead in the standings, with 5 races to go its his to lose.

I wish Pedrosa hadn't been knocked off by Sideshow Bob. He'd be giving Stoner a good fight I think! Unless Stoner starts having DNF's I doubt anyone will catch him.

What a strange thing for Casey to say, " I was too tired". Is this the return of his mystery illness?
Brill drive from Marco!!! Love his style. Great fight for 4th place!

Awesome battle between Marco and Dovi, It is a fight between those two for factory support next year from Honda, So that fight will go down right to the very end to show who deserve factory support.

As for Stoner getting tired, I think the double header might of got to him, coming back from Indy last week perhaps. Anyway hopefully it is nothing more and he can continue on his great season.

Im sure I heard the commentators say that Dovi is not getting that factory bike next year. Apparantly the team rate him and hope one of the other factory teams take him because they want to see good riders in other teams.????Seems a wierd thing to say. Who are they taking a dig at? Or is it a polite way of just getting rid of him? Dont think its to make way for Marco. I think theyre just having two. Well thats what I understood, but I might have i wrong.
I think Stoner has this season sewn up.

It's still up in the air Dovi getting a factory bike but chances are he won't. However, the guy was pretty spectacular at times in 2008 and I'm pretty sure he has been the 2nd and now 3rd rider as he is good. The works Honda team will comprise of Stoner and Pedrosa next year.

I think Sideshow Bob could be a rider for the works team in the future if he calms down and becomes more consistent as he is is on a factory machine.

Disrespectful would be me trying to spell his name. I don't disagree that he has great prospects but the guy is too nuts at the moment and needs to calm down. Calling him Sideshow Bob is what his loyal Italian fans call him.

I prefer to go on surnames for sports folk. Don't know why, just always have. It's the great Australian cultural sporting attache Charlie Cox's fault that he get's called Sideshow Bob!

He's caused a few contoversial incidents and rubbed a few riders up the wrong way (for what it's worth I think they are being a bit too sensitive and are kind of jumping on the bangwagon - Pedrosa is the only one that can understandably have any real beef with the guy) and he did cause Pedrosa to break his collar bone.

I think once he gets his first win the pressure will be off and he'll stop swapping paint with other bikes.

I think you're right about other drivers jumping on the band wagon. They recognise a threat. I hope it doesnt stop him going for it, dont think it will judging by that fight for 4th place. Love Charlie cox!! Be cool to hear him commentating on F1 :hehe:

I heard that aswell, They also mention something like "he is a good rider but not a great rider" from a unknown person within Honda. As for both Marco and Dovi getting factory bikes, I think that will not happen as only Stoner and Pedrosa will only get them as they have been the only two guys to test the 1000cc Honda. I think Marco and Dovi will just get satellite bikes from Honda with one of those guys getting some factory support like getting the same upgrades as Stoner and Pedrosa get on their factory bikes.

Well you know what he'll say about Hamilton's season - nightmare in a bubble car!

Him and Steve Parish are a great combination. You should go to crash.net and read the MotoGP comments and see the amount of crap that gets said about them. They are one of the best commentating duos around.

Steve Parish AKA Stavros AKA Oracle is the ex racer/team owner and Charlie Cox is the Aussie with the catchphrases and the croak.
