Ooooh a virility contest!

Nah I just enjoy :censored: children :D , they are so gullable just like me :hehe: . Its great not being a Mod anymore simply because I can play with the dog and occasionally kick him  .

Anyway back to the OP's question I still want to believe we are getting most of the best yet shamefully your concern's are our's aswell but something we cannot change. A driver who shows less promise in a lower class could very well just not have either enough experience or is in a team that may not be conducive to him, heck I don't know but it sounded good :D .

Jack Master and F1er are arguing with each other? God save us, an explosion of nonsense :yikes:

About the thread, it's sad there are good drivers or young talents that can't get in... and with more pay drivers to come, the situation just can get worse.

To some extent it seems that way, Maldonado over Hulkenburg? Chandhock out, Sakon in?

Also with the lack of testing, young drivers are of course finding it hard to get f1 experience, but additionally experienced f1 drivers are valued more for testing feedback.

Easily resolved though, increase the earnings given to teams for WCC position to an extent it readdresses the balance in favour of good drivers (more WCC points) over marketable ones (more sponsorship $) for the smaller teams.

Then again, there is some fantastic young talent in the grid anyway.

I agree with you.

:yikes:

Maybe more of the F1 teams should follow RD's path and mentor one up through the ranks as he did with Lewis?

I'm sure they are, I know Ferrari are (particularly with Bianchi from my inference).

I would also guess Williams did something similar with Hulkenburg and Force India are with Paul di Risti, the problem isn't a lack of talented young drivers, its getting them onto the grid over "pay drivers".

bingo. why nobody has followed suit of mclaren 2007 i dont know,
massa is sub useless and a rookie like say bianchi would happily
play second driber whilst also
doing
his best, problem is
i persoanlly think hamilton was the last (for now) of the talents that were amazing in all series, vettel perhaps too, but even perez and maldonado look the best of a bad
bunch, someone needs to sign kobayashi pronto, someone big that is,
if he was british or german or french the top teams would be on
him like a dog on heat, im
hoping sauber
are a top 5 team next season.

The Ferrari program is highly publicized though and no others are. I'm talking about a mentoring program from karting on up as RD performed with Lewis.

Eh? Hulkenburg, performed pretty impressively before f1, showed fair speed in it, not very consistent though. Pual di Resita also has just won DTM.

Ferrari program includes focus on personal development for the drivers, and has at least one karter in it from memory (ie person in the program still in Karts). Surely other teams also have similar programs? Redbull do (its Torro Rosso :hehe: ),

Renault as well I think must be involed from the Renault world Series

What do you mean, Hansy? What are you exactly calling nonsense when you make reference to me?

It could possibly mean he has been here for approximately 1yr 3 months and 11 days before you joined 23 days ago but you have more post than him  , hey I'm just saying. :whip:

I see you’re posting quite a lot of times, far more than him, even than me. That implies that you’re saying nonsense? I wouldn’t say no, but not for that reason. What are you doing counting the days and the number of times I post. I can’t believe you are some kind of a xenophobe maniac, uncle Tex. Or you’re just gossiping around. Or bullying the newbie, just because you carry a gun. I hope not. What a disappointment would it be for me!
You have posted 13.562 times a very nice number. It may be a record. Congratulations.
