its a shame if that happens to be true, karun is such a nice guy( i hear you say its not about being nice), but also he was a decent racer , sometimes matching senna, but it doesnt help that HRT have such a rubbish car!!

Guess hes gone then. It's a bugger, I think the FIA really duck up with their finical scrutiny for the new teams. They should be able to prove at the point of application they will have enough income to last the season. Sponsors already lined up, I'm sure lawyers can work out a : "we'll sponsor you on the condition you get accepted into f1" clause.

HRT's loss is our gain if it means more time in the commentary box for Karun, so I hear. We get the BBC feed here so maybe we'll get a chance to hear him. Others have spoken highly of his informed comments and quick grasp of what's going on.
