I can't wait to see Rosberg make c0ck-ups and strange excuses in the Silver Arrow. He will no doubt start saying "This track should suit our car" again.

Fingers crossed for kimi in the second seat,

someone suprising? Err, well I can't see them going for a new driver,

I'd like Kimi to go to the WRC for a year and see what Nick can do in the Mercedes Team.

NR: "This track should suit our Silver Arrows."

I think Ross Brawn will kick himself (or eat a whole bunch of bananas) every time Nico says that because it always jinxes the team and car. :P

No suprise Mercedes signing "Britney" as driver #1 I'm sure the #2 will be more of a suprise...

The 2nd driver is supposed to surprise. No matter for Mercedes, they have a very capable driver in Rosberg! Anyone else with some skill is a welcome bonus! Perhaps a good development driver, though I wish it would be Kimi. Would like him to stay in F1 and drive for my fav team next year.

Rosberg & Kubica?

Robert Kubica will be free to sign with another Formula One team unless Renault guarantees his seat in the coming weeks, according to a report on Friday in Spain's Diario AS.

The 24-year-old Pole has signed a contract to race with the French squad in 2010, but Renault is contemplating its commitment to Formula One and is set to announce its plans before the end of the year.

AS said that if Kubica is available, Mercedes GP would be interested in signing the former BMW-Sauber driver to be Nico Rosberg's teammate.

The report cited "sources" in claiming that if Renault does not commit to F1 "in the coming weeks" Kubica will be "automatically released" from his contract.
