If I ever manage to make a trip to see an F1 race, it is extremely unlikely that I would make it to Singapore.

There's absolutely no problems with drinking in Singapore. Smoking on the other hand will easily get you fines or some time in changi prison, depending what you smoke.

It really depends what you do when you're wasted. But there's no jail time for being drunk, as evidnce I'm still walking free on the streets here after 2.5 years. And none of my friends visiting here have been so far, but there's always a chance to get the a few strokes on you backside. But don't worry they're not really mean here, there's a maximum of 24 strokes. Some people like Mr. Mosley might even enjoy that.

Cigarettes are still legal, but you need to smoke them outside in little yellow box painted on the ground.
