I was just wondering the new teams that are entering F1 how are the droiver numbers 21-26/28 done are they from a hat??

When making press releases the FIA refers to the new teams in this order:

Campos
Manor
USF1
(Lotus)
(Possible Swiss team)

So i'm guessing that is how it'll go, and seeing as the new BEEMER team didn't sign the concorde agreement they'll probably be below USF1

Well no one can help because there hasn't been any real confirmation yet. I have used the only information that has been issued in my previous post.

But let's not forget it's 22 to 27/29 (current numbers exclude 13).

I think It'll probably be in Alphabetical order. The order given in all press releases is Alphabetial as well

Try looking back to another year where there was two or more new teams, and see it was alphabetical. Which is probably is. Not like drivers care whether they are number 22 or 24.

I would agree. I doubt, but in Bernies head, who pays him the most gets the best number. I think they should do like in MotoGp. You choose the numbers. Would be allot better. I find the fact Lewis won the title but Ferrari won the constructors that Lewis and Heikki got number 1 & 2? When Ferrari's 2 drivers did the best?
