"There's one particular ex-driver who because he never stops talking, never has the chance to listen - so he doesn't know what's going on.

"It's annoying that some of the sponsors listen to him because he's won a few championships. But nobody else in Formula One does - not the teams, not the drivers. He's a figure of fun among drivers," Mosley added.

Mosley also apparently poked fun at Stewart's tartan trousers and caps, adding: "He goes round dressed up as a 1930s music hall man. He's a certified halfwit."

one who pumped Heidi Klum and dumped her pregnant? Man of high moral standards, I say.

Ah, Flavio. One of the first to criticise McLaren, now his own team is knee-deep in s***. Then, of course, there was running traction control and a form of launch control in 1994. Indeed, a man of moral fibre. We all should aspire to be like him and listen to his views.

As I said on another thread, Mosley doesn't like the remarks of Sir Jackie Stewart et al. because the truth hurts.

That really does conclusively prove that Mad Max is not in full possession of his marbles. The man is an affront to rationally functional people and the human race in general. He seems to have a particular affinity for Spanish molluscs and Italian insects generally found under rocks.

I actually agree with MM - I've rarely rated JS's babbling very highly.

I doubt that he would be too impressed with yours either Dali! After all... Stewart DOES engender a high degree of respect amongst his peers.

Maybe so, but I don't claim authority as an ex-driver for my utterances.
After his career as driver, what has he achieved that stands out? Stewart racing? I think not.
And in his 6-year tenure as the BRDC president, did he get Silverstone secured for the future? Total failure there.
I'm sure we'll keep hearing from him - luckily I have the choice whether or not I want to listen to his babbling.

Flavio, eh? That's the one who pumped Heidi Klum and dumped her pregnant? Man of high moral standards, I say.

Didn't say he was a nice guy.
Did say what he said made perfect scents.

"I don't want to play the judge," said the Italian. "If Ron Dennis believes
firmly that he did nothing wrong, then he should appeal.

Sounds fair and logical to me.
If he FIRMLY believes it, then appeal otherwise stop whining.
Or is it that he is so honourable & righteous he just wants to end it all?
More likely he is happy he got away with the punishment he got & knows if he appeals it will be much worse.

"I can only comment on what I see. Last year McLaren were nowhere, and now
they drive for the title. I am not the one who can judge from where this
performance jump came from.

Good observation to me.
A Michelin shod Renault lead the way the last 2 year.
A Michelin shod McLaren was nowhere the last two years.
A Bridgestone shod Renault nowhere this year.
A Bridgestone shod McLaren leading this year.

Who has been with Bridgestone all along & has all the setup data you could possible want & need?
Who has been proven to have both hardcopy & a constant flow of insider information about this data ?

His observation sounds logical to me.

"This was not a case of an engineer carrying a bit of data from another
team. If you read the detail of the World Council meetings, it becomes clear
that a constant flow of information took place over a period of months,"

Yes it is very clear.
