I gotta think of a new path now

Also your not fat nor are you ugly. Anyway I wish you the best in whatever you persuePlus my hips and knees are absolutely knackered, they have progressively got worse over the months and I just dont think I would of managed to fitness.

I know the fitness to get in now is a lot lower than it used to be. Also footwear etc. has improved massively in the last 15 years so things like shin splints, ankle and knee problems are not as bad as they where. Also if you are still looking at being an ICT Tech now is the time to join as with things like DII and JMATS soon to happen it is a very good time to get in.Plus my hips and knees are absolutely knackered, they have progressively got worse over the months and I just dont think I would of managed to fitness.
