Yeah, i think that will be Lorenzo's down fall of his WRC title bid.

Not only that, Miko Hiroven is on pretty good form :D

Yeah that might hold him back.
He could also do with a new machines.

Weight and its subsequent effects on starts are although spectacular at times but really not that important in larger scheme of things.
Pedrosa and even Stoner both good starters have been beaten far too many times on good starts.
Rossi is also a horrible starter.Having watched his carrier for almost 8 years he rarely gets good starts. And one can see him doing mock/practice starts at the end of Qualifying sessions.
Lorenzo seems to be doing badly at starts is all down to experience. If he was on par with Rossi in that department ,he would get better starts. And also,Honda/Ducati have better acceleration than Yamaha [a fact that both Rossi and Lorenzo mentioned they would like their bikes to improve on that video someone posted in this thread, where they both are asked similar questions.]

he was offered from Ducati. But what i have noticed i that since the contract period has passed his head is set properly. Which has worked to his benefit, i 100% believe that he will win his first title with Yamaha.

Yes i totally remember what your on about with that video. Also i think if Lorenzo is concentrating on Rossi more than any other rider he will copy, Rossi. He might not mean to, but he will. But i think that is the one thing Lorenzo really needs to improve on. At the ending of the race he comes alive, in which i find fantastic to observe. It's a cut down the wire situation. But for him to have a good chance of securing this years title or even in the future. It's one thing he must look at.

Good, now hopefully Hayden closes in on Stoner and we have two strong Ducati's for next season. Yeeeha!

It's a pity Lorenzo didn't fall off that fence at Indy when he was trying to steal Helio's spiderman routine.

Despite all the position swapping at the start, it all ended pretty predictably. But ah well.

Capprossi had a great a race. Just came from nowhere, and so almost beat Dobby to the line. The start on the other hand, :hehe: De Angelis is going to have two pretty angry Americans after him. Poor guy will need to go into hiding now.

Today's Moto GP race wasn't that great. The World Superbikes at the Nurburgring was far far more thrilling.
