I really doubt Rosberg or any other young driver will end up in Brawn. They've said multiple times they need drivers with tons of experience who can improve the car and drive safetly. They are on a low budget so they don't have too many cars to wreck. This season they've done their work perfectly. If Rosberg ends up somewhere, i think it's going to be McLaren or Williams (again). I'd love to see Hamilton/Rosberg duo, both young and talented, very good friends also - that's what makes it more fun. I have nothing against Kovy but imho he's a dull driver. Not someone who could improve the car and neither a fun driver to watch. I hope he ends up in a good team but McLaren should need a change imo. Rosberg and De La Rosa would be my picks. Of course having Vettel would be fun but it'll never happen.
