jeez i just heard about this on Ewan's twitter shocking news.

such a shame for a promising racer.

There's definitly no teather from the car but it don't look Henry's crash was that severe.

RIP Henry. What happened today was absolutely awful, and what started off as a fairly routine accident by Clarke ended up leading to a tragic death.

Does anyone have any idea of how fast the cars were going through there?

It looks to me from the footage, that he didn't really have anywhere to go. He tried to turn away from the wheel, but there was little he could do

Yeah unfortunatly it was. As i've said the impact was horrible, it was straight infront of Surtees too, took his visor up.

Sadly he couldn't have got out of the way

I'm not sure on the speeds, I suppose it is findable. Certainly I have a number of issues with the Brands Hatch run off areas, but we can talk about that another time.

appears not, youd think that F2 would considering it was a Max safety 1st Mosely FIA concept.

but then again its also a cheap and nasty formula driven by inexperienced drivers.

He was to busy writing letters everyday to club presidents and stomping for Todt's canadacy. Not doing the real business he should be.

this was a minor accident, a tethered wheel would not have come off there.
