amazing at the moment, i had an elated spell witch was unreal neer been so happy, infact i was way over the top happy, its just a case of managing the bipolar. And learning how to do that is the difficult part.
i almost went into hospital when things got really bad, but thankfully my team are trying to keep me out due to my kid and wife.
I have totally took a new stance on it, im not going to let it win, im going to win the battle.

Well there goes my fantasy all shot to hell of stumbling into the kitchen one morning and finding Shani and Hannah cooking breakfast wearing nothing but apron's.
