Who IS on Ross' level?

Answer: nobody!

true, i think Ross was the brain child behind alot of Ferraris success recently and its now showing with his old team Ferrari not doing well and his new team doing bloody well!

Vettel has yet to really impress me. Yes he's quick but not very much quicker than Webber and sometimes slower...and mark has a pinned leg! Not convinced about his ability to attack either but maybe that will come.Outright speed? Yes he has that.

:D who is to say Vettel didn't have his own injuries during 2008 Monza or during the winter of 2008/2009?
(... I know, I know, I am just throwing it out there! :hehe: )

but back on topic,

I have watched the old races again, and I am quite impressed with Mark's improvement from last year. He has really stepped up to the plate to pressure Sebastian.
If possible, it'd be great to see those two on the podium for the rest of the season!

I have a weird feeling that RedbullRacing might have room for improvement in their strategy calls? Their drivers have the speed, but sometimes its just the strategy calls that cost them. Thoughts?

I dont think the cars are on the Brawn level but you're right neither are their stategy calls on Brawn's level.

Well no, nobody. Red Bull closest but not close enough.

I was actually talking about Ross' level of strategizing, not teams - Red Bull comes across like juniors playing with the big guys for the first time and thus, making some boneheaded calls. They'll learn and come around...

Yes, realised what you meant but red bull are the only ones close enough to get in contention about strategy calls. Toyota have done some duff ones so have Ferrari. No one else near.

Brawn:
noun
Etymology:
Middle English, from Anglo-French braon flesh, muscle, of Germanic origin; akin to Old English brǣd flesh
Date:
13th century

1 a British : the flesh of a boar b: headcheese
2 a: full strong muscles b: muscular strength

Pretty good entries, but I agree another one would be good.

don't know if anyone seen this but Murry was asked (at the end) who he would have in his team.

his Final choice - Lewis and Jenson

It's a good pairing in terms of driving. One reliable, smooth old hand with a lot of consistency. One do-or-die hyper-fast racer.

That's just made me think of something, Button's always a very fair racer but if he was up against someone like Kimi he'd have to be a lot more aggressive, can he be?

But I'd also say that while Hamilton can certainly be aggressive, that's where some of his inexperience has shown through on occasion.

Can be used "I completely Brawned that!"
Meaning I planned that impeccably to the last detail.
