development of KERS stands no chance in a budget capped F1. s*** most teams spent more than 47Mil Euro to develop the KERS they have now didnt they?

Unless of course the FIA supply a standard KERS unit (probably based on the McLaren unit) to all the teams on the grid and make it compulsory to use it in their designs!

But that would, in turn, create a 1-Make market which limits development and the dissemination of technology, which defeats the whole point of developing greener technologies.

I dont think it is banned. I think the FIA would still allow it but the FOTA teams have agreed none of them should use it.

My sig and avatar are brilliant. I wish BBC would provide optional commentary with James Allen on red button or just swap him and JL. TBH that last one would solve the problem completely

Well I didn't find Allen irritating, sometimes a little .... I dont know.. just a little bland maybe???? Legard though sweet ,I find irritating cos he mises so much and gets so much wrong!

You mean Murray???Yes I see what you mean! But Murray is definately forgiveable! And def in a different league!!! Also, he knew his stuff!! Even if it came out rong on occassions!
