But how did McLaren get found guilty today and then escape punishment? In the past Ferrari were always said to be in the FIAs pocket, is it now McLarens turn?its true they got a guilty verdict, but could you imagine how many people would not bother to watch f1 if all of a sudden the leading team were docked points or eliminated from the competition???? the toxic midget and mosley have too much control over this "sport" now for my liking!!!! i have to admit i saw no other possible outcome 2 weeks ago other than McLaren being excluded from the rest of this years championship!!!!!....how can they have this dossier, that could supposedly allow them to design, build and test a Ferarri 07 car according to the fia(sco), and NOT get a punishment of some kind, even if it was a huge fine!!!! Why is Coughlan still only suspended by McLaren???....He should already have been sacked before the fia(sco) meeting last week, and been nailed to the wall of the McLaren Technology Centre by his bo!!ocks !!!!!!! the man is a f idiot for putting McLaren in this position!!!!!!if he was a "disgruntled employee", then what the feck was he doing working for them in the first place???.....did nobody at McLaren see he was not a happy bunny??? what was wRONg Dennis doing while all this sh!te was going on?? did anyone else at McLaren really see the Ferarri data as has been stated already, or not???....if this data had been seen by John Neale in March then how can McLaren claim Coughlan was acting "alone" as they have said????? what a can of worms this all is now!!!!......i only feel sorry for Fernando and Lewboy!!!! the poison pixie and mad max know that if there was ANY kind of penalty that could affect the points in the drivers and constructors championships, then people would have turned f1 off by the truck load!!!!....it would have descended into a complete farce, and maybe even have caused a fatal fracture in the present structure of F1 !!! the money lost may have been too much for F1 to recover and the loss of credibility would be immeasurable!!!!!!!!!!!! so now when push comes to shove, for the sake of the money and the "sport", the fia(sco) have had to show they are really a toothless tiger, unable or unwilling to cut off their nose to spite their face.......yet Ferarri on the other hand would like nothing better than to see McLaren eliminated from this years world championship, because to win by any means is still winning to them!!!!! Ferarri WOULD be willing to cut off their nose to spite their face, as we saw at Indianapolis 05, and as we saw with tricky micky at Rascasse last year!!!!(parking his car to stop anyone else getting pole could have been an idea thought about by more than just the driver!!!) the politics in this sport is becoming ridiculous, and needs to be resolved so that the racing is more important than the money making machine it has become!!!!!!....

The Ferrari appeal will hold, then McLaren will have even more egg on their face.
They should disqualify themselves to retain their credibility.
You cannot tell me a senior McLaren employee had a documented copy of the way their biggest rival worked and didn't share it with anyone, I'm sorry, nobody is that farking stupid enough to believe it...
