Good question. They say they didn't have Ferrari data, but one of their employees did, so technically they didn't, even though they did. I mean, if he keeps the stuff at home and implements the ideas at work, that's OK, because the actual documents that were stolen were not at Mclaren.

I just read a tech article about the Ferrari wheel covers and they don't move with the wheel because they are actually part of the brake duct, which is why they are allowed.
