no to albers, for two reasons.

1: he was not parked in a dangerous position, therefore any marshals assistance would have resulted in a black flag.

2: due to the rig still being attached, and therefore the valve being open, the pressure in the tank would have forced the vast majority of the fuel out of the pipe, and any marshal getting close enough to the car to try to remove the hose with the engine running would have gotten completely soaked in fuel, and once it had been removed, albes have been lucky to have enough fuel to get back to the pits, and wait for them to get fuel into the intact rig and then into the car before he ran dry, damaging the engine..
