Well gang, congrats on a truly great effort by our man Lewis all year. Texas only goes to show what would have, could have been, if things had been done a little differently at a few crucial points this season.
Don't
know what this week, or
the coming weeks are going to bring, but I'm extremely proud of what's been accomplished. And I'm extremely proud of him for standing up like a man and stepping off into
the deep end, whatever
the future holds.
After all
the frustration has gone, after all
the
is gone, all that's
left is a bit of sadness that some people in power just don't get it yet; or if they do, they consciously work against it. Thus,
we always seem to end up somewhere less than where
we all should have been, and not just in racing terms.
I certainly think
the two guys fighting for
the title are more than worthy. I like them both a lot. But somehow
the world always seems to offer up something just a little less than what
we can visualize it being, and that makes me a little sad.
But anyway, a toast to
the winners

, a job well done to Lewis

, and a see-you-later

and a

to McLaren. Not expecting much this week, but,
man, am I looking forward to next year.Peace.
