Nice shot from the famous Dijon duel.

Also like this overhead shot of Gilles in his office.

How dare you revive a dead thread! For fairness I hope you are going to be suitably chasitised for this. But using the logic of this place, I can post on this old thread without fear of reprimand as it was revived by a person other than me.

I prefer these 2 for drivers getting a lift. :D

And who can forget this! :hehe:

Who is the red bull driver
and what race?

I did not think they would allow that in modern f1

It's Mark Webber giving Fernando Alonso a lift to the podium at this year's German Grand Prix. See video below.

Oh no! So THAT'S why so many of my old hero's died behind the wheel.
Look at the group photo on page #2. I see Rindt, Hulme...looks like
Amon back there, and Hill, but can anyone see the obvious sign of why
these guys died so early? Look at the group photo again...even back
then they were texting!

Unlike alcohol and firearms, driving and texting are not a natural mix!

As for a favorite photo (one which I have never been able to find) is from
P.S. (the last page of Road & Track). As the traffic was cleared away, the
racers began to enter the course. Behind all the road cars is Moss peering
over the windscreen of his Ferrari (?), and the caption reads; "In the back
of every pack there's some guy who thinks he's Sterling Moss."
