Done. Always happy to help a fellow academic. One thing I think was missing that could have been added though - the questionnaire asked if you were a motorsports employee, but didn't ask if you have any other affiliation, which might be important when it comes to indications of bias or other reasons beyond nationality. For example, I answered Williams for my favourite team, and I am a shareholder in the company, but there was nowhere to note this in the survey. Perhaps even a free text response field would be useful.
