Why replace the fastest driver in the sport with a faster Button?

Seriously, I think Di Resta is a great fit to take over Button's seat. He's quick, he's a real 'strategist' in the way he drives and he's HUNGRY for success. Unlike Button who is all about "I wanna get out of my car since I've won a championship".
