I think that in the two and a quarter years he was the boss, Aguri did a great job. Putting a team together within less than a year has to be an amazing feat, surely?

I voted Horner! because
- his Team were beaten by the second string team with the same if not older car made by his team.
- The B team with a smaller squad.
- STR who won a race and have the more unexperianced drivers.
