I hope this is going to happen.
I can't wait for the fuel economy based, Merc supported, 'lift and coast' style of racing to come to an end. This one rule imo has nearly killed competitive racing in F1 over the V6 turbo era and is probably the biggest factor in the Mercedes engine dominance. Having 'Lift and coast' fuel economy style contests is not what F1 is about.
Lets hope this rule is finally killed off and F1 can move forward again!

Good news for all F1 drivers: fuel limit of 105 kg per race likely to be scrapped in 2019. Days of excessive lift & coast will be over soon. AMuS exclusive: http://ams.to/fuel-limit-2019
