I thought that it was decided last year to rename the team "Force" dropping India from the name?

In other news, Williams have signed Oliver Rowland as their young driver for 2018 despite the fact that he is 3 years older than Sirotkin and 6 years older than Stroll

I can't help but think that every time I see a woman announced as a test/reserve driver, it's nothing more than a publicity stunt, we've seen it time and time, but never has that women ever make it into a race seat. I, personally, would love to see a woman compete in, and be competitive in Formula 1, but will any team give her a chance, or will it forever be an old boys club.
