Kimi seams to be improving on last year.

Ya miles better. He left Block for dead. Wilson is probably his target this year.

That was cool but what was up with the co-pilot reaching for the brake or gear lever?? I remember when all a co-pilot did was announce the radius of the corner/turn and not what gear to be in  .

That's the co driver driving tex. Petter had his license takin off him for speeding on public roads between stages and couldn't drive the final stage.

Finally downloaded this from RU and watched it earlier. Great rally! Hopefully this marks the start of a Hirvonen title victory, but Mexico will be far more telling in terms of whether the Ford is actually the fastest car or not.

Impressive drive by Ostberg!

Here is the video that I can't embed into the forum since it is from the WRC.com website of Petter's co driver Chris Patterson racing the final stage SS22 on board.

I love what Petter says at the end. "Did we beat Leob?"

That's actually hilarious, you could hear the stress in his voice... and he was itching to correct any mistake even taking the brake. Petter is a pretty lousy co-driver, thankfully his co-driver isn't a very lousy driver.

But that car was not going 100%! My favorite WRC driver.

I think it is neck and neck but I reckon the Fiesta is a stronger car in general due to all the IRC miles it has done over the past few years.
