A Vettel-esque performance from Matt Neal today - ie. he can only win when he's got nobody infront of him.

Good performances once again from the Airwaves cars, that first win for Stephen Kane has really given him a boost as well. Typical Collard trying his own games of barge at the end of the second race, but Plato is a rock.

I can't get ITV4 here at uni but am watching the highlights now... i'm really worried that the series is going to suffer without Turk, (Thompson) and Gio... :(

edit: Collard trying to bump Plato off at the end of race 2? Tool. :beans:

Really hacked off at ITV though. Was on holiday over the weekend so set my Sky box to tape the entire day's racing. Come back looking forward to a couple of hours chilling and watching the racing only to find they've only showed half of the racing on the TV

Did I miss anything exciting online? Don't think I can be bothered to trawl the 'net if nothing interesting happened in the last race...

i fancy team AON to move forward though, they were very quick at the end of last season and have a good driver in Chilton.

Chilton DQ'd from race 2 though, no specific reason given apart from a 'technical infringement', which is odd cause Onslow-Cole wasn't DQ'd either.

Airwaves double podium and a win, get in there!!!(although I was slightly disappointed Matt Neal had to ruin a 1-2)

I think Ford have been trying to replicate Red Bull's adjustable ride-height system. :P

:banghead:

Great racing over the weekend. I think they should make it rain all the time :hehe:

I don't get the ride height infringement though. Chilton said that they have the rollers which go under the car and if they go under, the car should be high enough. So I don't get why he was DQed some time after the ride-height test?

I think they recheck it a further 30 minutes later and found it was too low then.
