I dont think I'll stop watching moto gp. But already Im getting nervous, partly because it will bring back, and kindov make it so real, the fact that Marco wont be there. I will miss him so much. He was like a breath of fresh air. Outstanding talent that I think had some riders feeling threatened for the future, and some were a little unkind to him. But he kept on smiling and kept on doing what he did so well. Moto GP wont be the same for me. A huge gap.

Motor racing, especially bikes is dangerous. All the riders know and accept the risks every time they get on their bike.

It sounds harsh and unfeeling but it is all part of the sport and life goes on.

I know. I know all that. And im sure he'd weighed it all up, they all must. And he died doing something he loved. And yes it will go on. But on a purely selfish note, I'll miss him a lot. I always used to check the practise times for him. And I loved how nice and friendly he was...and funny.

So pleased to hear that the Misano track will be named after Marco, it brought tears to my eyes, again, and is a fantastic tribute to a great rider.
