Mark Gillan, chief operations engineer, has left Williams.

Bruno Senna on Thursday declared himself fully fit, a day after media reports revealed the Brazilian suffered burns to his back in Singapore last weekend.

A 21-year-old Dutchman could be a regular in the F1 paddock next year.

Last Friday, we reported the rumour from the Singapore paddock that Renault World Series driver Robin Frijns has lined up a F1 reserve driver role for 2013. De Telegraaf newspaper reports that the possible destination teams are Sauber and Williams. The report said Sauber could give him a cockpit for the Abu Dhabi young driver test, before announcing him as a full-time test driver for 2013.  Read more... Toto Wolff on Monday admitted he hopes Pastor Maldonado stays with Williams in 2013.

Venezuelan Maldonado, although winning in Barcelona earlier this year, has been a highly controversial figure on the 2012 grid. Bringing millions in backing to the famous British team, the 27-year-old is often fast and impressive, but he has also been involved in numerous on-track incidents.
