Race control confirms qualifying is postponed until 0900 local time tomorrow.

Alonso's upgraded Honda's given him a second over Button, finally a step in the right direction.

Entertaining race, lots of mistakes and passing. Starting to buy into our son's assertation that Rosberg is an average driver in a far superior car. Congrats to LH for winning both the race and driver's championship. Another great drive from Vettel.

Do you remember when Bernie suggested a sprinkler system to liven up racing?!?! well, it doesn't seem so silly now after watching the US Grand Prix.

Congrats to Lewis for claiming his third title, although it was never really in doubt, Nico really hasn't been close and Ferrari are not ready to challenge Mercedes for the title in 2015. I have to say that there was some bad sportsmanship from Nico post race, throwing the 2nd place hat back at Lewis and having a face like thunder on the podium.

Amazing race from Max Verstappen to claim fourth, Vettel did amazingly to score a podium from the back of the field and JB showing his class on track to claim sixth place, Alonso was unlucky having his power unit lose power which saw him drop from sixth to 11th and out of the points.

For me, this was the most exciting race of the season with the changeable conditions, Red Bull looked great in the wet, but Mercedes dominance came to the fore in the dry.

Brilliant race, I thought Lewis had lost the battle today.

It was just a manic race from start to finish but congrats to Lewis he fully deserved the 3rd world title.

Actually Lewis did lose the battle but was given a second chance by the safety car and then of course the gift of a win by Rosberg!

One thing about the first corner, why was Hamilton not penalized for colliding with and then punting Rosberg off track?
