It's kinda interesting that we are getting on Maldonado for his crashing antics, but not so long ago, spins, crashes and collisions were a every race event, look at how many times Schumacher and Hill collided during their battles from 1994-1996, that's just one example and both were considered top drivers.

Yah but Schumacher did some of them on purpose.

Yes..but a lot of drivers have the skills and success to back them up :wink: Maldonado has little in the way of either - his reputation is quite sour. He's quick, yes, but generally I just don't see much in him that I'd go for if I was an F1 team manager...he just makes SO MANY errors!!

What I find funniest is Eddie Jordan's comments at the end of the video, "they will have to pay him lots of money, Maldonado is an emerging driver..." - really, maybe an emerging stock car driver, certainly not a F1 driver, I wonder what his crash to race start ratio is... it must be pretty high!
