Certainly sounds like he's trying! But Frank likes racers.

They'd love Jens. The perfect English gentleman. And a cheeky chappy to boot. ( not in the literal sense of course...before you lot start on kicking bottoms)

Ps. Is the Hass boss easily disturbed? :P:D

I don't know but given his history, he's going to fit right in with the F1 elite. He's mentioned a number of times that they want an American driver but they need an experienced F1 driver that can work with them beyond the driver's seat.
On the morning of June 19, 2006, Haas was arrested by IRS agents for investigation of filing false tax returns, witness intimidation, and conspiracy. Four others were indicted together with Haas.

After all four of the co-indicted plead guilty and just before his case was to go to trial, a plea agreement was reached with Haas pleading guilty to felony conspiring to commit tax evasion. He was sentenced to 2 years in a federal prison and ordered to pay 75 million dollars in restitution.

Haas was incarcerated from January 2008 and was released on probation May 2009 after serving 16 months of his 2 year sentence.

This is a MUST read for any McLaren fans. Charts their progress form beginnings in 1963 in a dirty shed to the current MTC. Mentions all the changes of venue along the way.
Lew and Bud( if he's ever around) you have to read this. Though I guess Bud knows all of it as he's been there.

 Visionary guy! Can't help but admire him!

Which explains the unyielding, irrepresible and repetitive pointing out that the team had made a complete departure from its raison d'etre between 2008-2013 to those without knowledge of the incredible story of McLaren

Lewis' bloody luck to be there then! :banghead:

Lewis' bad luck that he whipped the 2x reigning WDC and humiliated him into breaking out the machismo and pride and backstabbing that culminated in Ron finally falling prey to the disturbing and vindictive 'born in a prison cos my dad was a traitor' Max and his dungeon party lackey, the worst TP in the history of F1

but this doesnt cause the same hackles to rise anymore as Ron foiled the attempted robbery and is back

$1300 is very steep as probably only 5% of buyers would end up finishing it. Would be a great present for a son/daughter who needs to learn about attention to detail and mechanical essentials and will still be excited whislt waiting for the 12th installment to arrive :hehe:
